To perform a Text Search:

• click on the 'Search' button on the Button Bar on the List of Entries screen.
• the Full Text Search screen will be displayed.
• enter a word (or words) to search for, in the search field
• select the number of results to be returned (click on the downwards facing arrow to get a list to choose from)
• select sort and word match options, as required
• click on the 'Search' button.
