Note this screen is a mandatory option and must be filled in to submit your notification
Details of any supporting documentation should be entered in this section. Note that a Title is mandatory.
Buttons
Save - Saves the current supporting documentation
Save & Close - Saves and closes the supporting documentation and returns back to the notification screen
Close - Closes the supporting documentation screen and returns back to the notification screen


If you are choosing to attach a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button to locate the required document.

If you choose to send in a supporting document in hard-copy, check an option in the 'Location' field. This will detail whether your document has/will be faxed, posted, or delivered to the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
